The Power of the Reset: Why I’m Taking it Slow This Week

We’ve all had those weeks where technology decides to go on strike and our systems—digital and physical—need a little extra attention.

I spent the last few days troubleshooting a stubborn laptop update and learned a valuable lesson in patience: sometimes the best way to move forward isn't to force a complex fix, but to step back, clear the cache, and try a fresh approach.

As I head into a new week, I’m reminded that 'perfection' isn't the goal. Whether it’s getting a computer to cooperate or simply taking care of our own bodies, the goal is progress. It’s about showing up, doing the work, and knowing when to hit the reset button.

If you’re feeling 'glitchy' this Monday, give yourself permission to pause. Sometimes a simple reset is all you need to get back into your flow. If you're ready to clear your own internal 'cache' and get back to feeling like yourself, you can book a consultation call with me here.
